Holland America Line - Horrible
How can HAL give me back 40 nights of friendship?How can HAL give my husband back an opportunity to see the Pearl Harbor memorial? How can HAL regain my faith in this Line? How can HAL show they value me?
3rd time on HAL. Ruined my 5 course dining room experience.
Ruined my husbands desire to see the Pearl Harbor memorial. Excursion director refused to accept the blame for canceling this PH experience He has not learned โthe customer is always rightโanf continued to argue. Very unprofessional Caused me to be in pain and in need of morphine. Because brochure nor staff knew how physically intense an excursion was.
I and others were taken by surprise. Handicap and aided by cane need to be identifies. An icon of person with cane and a sliding scale showing distance 200 ftโ600 ft I could have really used that info. Ship an old tub that desperately needs rehab Food better in the cafeteria.

"the customer is always right" went away fifty years ago.
So agree! The customer is NOT always right, and it also does not sound as if you are physically fit enough to be cruising.
It is a ship, not a nursing home. Do us all a favor and stay on land where you belong.
I cruise because it is the best value for my money and being handicapped does NOT stop me from enjoying life. Clean sheets and glasses are NOT a luxury it is a RIGHT.
Do you think I should stay at home, become depressed and die? I have been on more than 15 cruises and this ONE ship was decidedly old and worn hard. I paid for those meals and the โ5 course dinnersโ are included. If people donโt complain things remain the same.
At age 67 I plan to continue to cruise for the next 20 years. I pay, they perform.

Yes please stay home and watch day time TV if you're out to spread your brand of misery as far as it will go if you can't be nice.
