Holland America Line - Very late emergency drill

Wasted an hour waiting on deck because Holland can't get their act together. Didn't begin emergency muster drill even close to on time. Ship is still in Port and should have been sailing.

Short Review on April 11, 2017

Service, entertainment and especially food was not good. The food was always cold and any attempt to speak to a waiter was met with total indifference. I would never use Holland America or refer anyone there.
